Our Services are designed for job applicants and authorized personnel. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, cover letters, video recordings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant HeitechSoft a limited license to use, store, and process it for recruitment purposes.

5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by HeitechSoft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeitechSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
